Block Management

We are an independent company that specialise in all aspects of property management which includes Residential Block Management and Residential Estates.

We have a number of blocks in the South West that we act for, in the day to day management of the building and grounds and our aim is to provide a professional service at competitive prices.

We are able to adapt the level of service to meet a client’s individual need so owners/directors can be more or less involved as they wish.

We can serve the relevant Section 20 Notices where required (this is a consultation notice for leaseholders when major works need to be undertaken).

We are increasingly being asked to manage residential estates where the communal grounds and/or services are not being adopted by the relevant authorities. Communication is key to providing a high quality service and we pride ourselves in being transparent, fair and equitable when dealing with our clients.

We have expanded our portfolio over the past year and have appointed Steve Opie as our new Manager of Block and Estate Management.

Meet Steve Opie, our Block Manager, who has a wealth of experience to manage our expanding portfolio of Leasehold and Freehold properties in the South West.  Steve is on hand to answer any questions about our Block Management services.
