Robert moved to Sidmouth in 1993. He started his Estate Agency career in 1996 and has over 23 years experience in Sales and Residential Lettings & Property Management. Pegasus Property Management Ltd was formed, and named, after a visit to Pegasus Bridge in Normandy in 2006. He then started Morris Lettings in 2009 and has enjoyed growing the business over the last 10 years. As the sole Director of the company he feels that growing his business by reputation is all important and being able to show a solid track record to prospective landlords, vendors and tenants alike is essential.
Elaine joined Morris Sales & Lettings in October 2014 and has more than 15 years experience in Residential Sales and Lettings. She has lived in Sidmouth for 25 years, has a sound knowledge of the area and will strive to match the right tenant to any of our properties. As Lettings Manager, she oversees the day to day running of our busy Lettings Department, carries out valuations and will be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants. Steve has lived in East Devon for almost 30 years and has worked for Lloyds Bank for the same period over half of which as a manager. In 2013 he moved into the property management sector and after working for two well known local Property Management companies he has moved to Pegasus Property Management to manage its expanding portfolio of Leasehold and Freehold properties in the South West. Steve is confident that his property management experience and service quality reputation will enhance the excellent reputation that Pegasus Property Management already enjoys.
Fiona was the first member of staff starting in September 2011. With a BSc degree in Neuroscience she has a keen eye for detail, facts and figures. Having previously worked as a Tax Senior II Client Executive for Ernst & Young and also in office administration in East Devon she has a strong background in finance and would be the first point of contact for all things financial.
Sophie has been with Morris Sales & Lettings since August 2018 and has now progressed to the role of Lettings Negotiator. Having grown-up in Sidmouth, she has great familiarity with the local and surrounding area. With previous experience in marketing and customer service, Sophie is now hoping to use her skills to develop her role within the Residential Lettings department as well as learning about Estate Agency in general.
Amanda started working for the company in July 2016 in the Lettings Department. She has recently pursued her interest in Block Management and now assists Steve Opie in his role as Block Manager. Amanda also has a background in Public Relations and naturally likes to ensure that our customers are happy, making sure that any questions or queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Having moved from Hertfordshire to Sidmouth in 2002 Diane decided that retirement wasn’t for her and joined us in 2013 with experience of her own property lettings, added to our already very experienced members of staff. Diane also has good knowledge of property maintenance which is always helpful for tenants and landlords alike.
