Robert moved to Sidmouth in 1993. He started his Estate Agency career in 1996 and has over 20 years experience in Sales and Residential Lettings & Property Management. He formed Pegasus Property Management Ltd after a visit to Pegasus Bridge in Normandy in 2006 and then started Morris Lettings in 2009 and has enjoyed growing the business over the last 8 years. As the sole Director of the company he feels that growing his business by reputation is all important and being able to show a solid track record to prospective landlords, vendors and tenants alike is essential.
Elaine joined Morris Lettings in October 2014 and has more than 15 years experience in Residential Sales and Lettings. She has lived in Sidmouth for 25 years, has a sound knowledge of the area and will strive to match the right tenant to any of our properties. As Lettings Manager, she oversees the day to day running of our busy Lettings Department, carries out valuations and will be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants. Steve has lived in East Devon for almost 30 years and has worked for Lloyds Bank for the same period over half of which as a manager. In 2013 he moved into the property management sector and after working for two well known local Property Management companies he has moved to Morris Lettings to manage its expanding portfolio of Leasehold and Freehold properties in the South West. Steve is confident that his property management experience and service quality reputation will enhance the excellent reputation that Morris Lettings already enjoys.
Amanda previously worked for a holiday letting company so has a good understanding of how lettings operate. Amanda also has a background in Public Relations and naturally likes to ensure that our customers, tenants and landlords are happy and that any questions or queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Amanda is the voice behind our social networking pages too so please feel free to get in touch, she would love to hear from you.
Fiona was the first member of staff starting in September 2011. With a BSc degree in Neuroscience she has a keen eye for detail, facts and figures. Having previously worked as a Tax Senior II Client Executive for Ernst & Young and also in office administration in East Devon she has a strong background in finance and would be the first point of contact for all things financial.
Having moved from Hertfordshire to Sidmouth in 2002 Diane decided that retirement wasn’t for her and joined us in 2013 with experience of her own property lettings, added to our already very experienced members of staff. Diane also has good knowledge of property maintenance which is always helpful for tenants and landlords alike.
Sophie recently completed her A-levels and decided to pursue her interest in property. Having grown-up in Sidmouth, she has great familiarity with the local and surrounding area. With previous experience in marketing and customer service, Sophie is now hoping to use her skills to develop her role within the residential Block Management department as well as learning about Estate Agency in general.
