Information that we collect from you

Information is collected from you when you enquire about properties you have seen advertised for sale or rent, or when a tenancy application form is completed.  This information includes your name, address, contact telephone numbers, email address etc.  The information collected will be used solely by Morris Lettings to determine whether or not a property is suited to the applicant’s specific requirements and will not be added to any marketing data sets or shared with any third parties unless required to do so by law.

This information will be stored for 6 months and will be destroyed after this period, unless used to continue a tenancy/sale/purchase or is a legal requirement.  During this time you have the right to view, amend and delete your record, to do this please email info@morrislettings.com

Cookie Policy
